RETURNS & REFUNDS

At OmniPeptide, we aim to ensure all orders arrive correctly and in excellent condition. Due to the sensitive and specialised nature of research products, returns and refunds are limited to the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS & REFUND CONDITIONS

Returns or refunds may only be accepted if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The product is defective
• An incorrect item was delivered

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Ordering errors made by the customer
• Incorrect shipping information provided during checkout

Any issue must be reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

To qualify for a refund:

• The product must remain unopened and unused
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Valid proof of purchase must be provided
• Return authorisation must be obtained before sending any item back

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Payment processing fees are non-refundable.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Opened or used products
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
• Products affected by improper storage, mishandling, or unauthorised use

Where applicable, certain products may be exempt from standard cooling-off rights due to their nature.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error occurred on our side

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed promptly due to product handling requirements.

• Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch only
• A 5% processing fee may apply
• Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
